Dayle Lopez

Dayle Lopez is an incredible lawyer, one you absolutely want on your side. She is passionate, extremely knowledgeable, and compassionate. She truly cares about her clients.

– Client

Dayle Lopez is the founder of DLopez Law Firm. Dayle initially came to the United States as a refugee from Cuba and has spent her life fighting for the rights of others. Dayle’s career is a journey of breaking boundaries as both a female lawyer and a Hispanic woman in the United States.

Fueled with determination, Dayle excelled academically. She graduated with honors from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, and went on to attend the University of Innsbruck, Austria, where she completed the Program of Studies on Global Legal Issues. Dayle later received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.

As an attorney, Dayle is a spirited advocate and skilled negotiator who has represented clients against insurance companies, at-fault individuals, large corporations, and the U.S. Government. Her practice is focused on personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury cases, arising from automobile accidents, wrongful death, trucking accidents, product defects, premises liability including slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice. In addition to working on behalf of accident victims, Dayle is involved with the Hispanic community and devotes a substantial amount of her time to pro bono and volunteer work.

Dayle founded DLopez Firm with the vision of a boutique law firm that is accessible to the community and that offers its clients the efficient service they deserve. She understands the uncertainty and stress that is associated with a legal case and values the importance of keeping the client informed through the legal process. Dayle believes that empathy and connection are the key elements of a good attorney-client relationship and works closely with her clients to bring them justice.

The practice of personal injury is deeply rooted in the most basic needs of a human being, and it is my calling as an attorney to fight for those that have been deprived of the enjoyment of some part of their human experience.
